This policy applies to information collected through this website: when you browse it, send us a message, apply for a job or contact us using the details published here. Projects we deliver for our clients are governed by the agreements we sign with those clients, not by this policy.

Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, how we can help, and optionally your phone number, your company and the service or project you are interested in, together with your agreement to this policy.
- Job applications: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the position you are interested in, an optional note and the CV file you attach.
- Direct contact: anything you choose to include when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp.
Please share only what is needed for your enquiry or application. We do not ask for sensitive information such as health, religious or financial details, and we ask you not to include it in messages or CVs.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: like every website, our hosting provider records basic request data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. It is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and investigate problems.
- Choices stored on your device: your cookie choice and any accessibility settings you select are stored in your own browser. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
- Analytics: we only measure how the site is used if analytics is switched on and you have accepted analytics cookies.

- Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Technical logs: for a short period set by our hosting provider, unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.
How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Our forms validate what they receive, limit repeated submissions and block automated spam. Mail settings are kept in a private area of the server that cannot be reached from the internet, and access to messages is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- give you a copy of it;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete it when it is no longer needed;
- withdraw a consent you have given, without affecting what was done before.
