The parts of work people finish from their phone.
Native Android and iOS apps with biometric sign-in, real-time alerts and bilingual Arabic and English interfaces.

Overview
The handful of tasks people actually do on the move, designed to finish before the coffee does.
A system nobody opens is a system that fails quietly. We design mobile apps around the handful of tasks people actually do on the move — checking in, approving a request, seeing where a project stands — and make each one fast enough to finish while waiting for a coffee.
What is included
Everything this service brings together, in one view.
Native Android & iOS
One design, built and published for both platforms, not a web page wrapped in an app shell.
Biometric & Multi-Factor Login
Fingerprint or face sign-in, with multi-factor authentication for sensitive accounts.
Real-Time Notifications
Push alerts for approvals, deadlines and updates, so nothing waits for someone to open the app.
Bilingual Arabic & English
Full right-to-left and left-to-right interfaces, not a translated afterthought.
Attendance & Requests
Check in and out, and submit and review leave, expense and other workplace requests.
Dashboards on the Go
The same reports and dashboards your web platform shows, resized for a phone screen.
Funding & Course Workflows
Purpose-built flows for programs such as grant requests and course enrolment, built for Riyadah’s entrepreneurs.
App Store Publishing
We handle store listings, review submissions and version releases on both stores.
Built on this service
We have shipped this for enterprise project tracking, employee self-service and a public entrepreneurship platform, each published to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and built Hawdaj, an animal-transportation platform with customer and driver apps that is preparing for launch.

Common questions
Do you build for Android, iOS, or both?
Both, from the same project. Every app we have shipped — EPM Mobile, Employee Self-Services and Riyadah — is published on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
Can the app work alongside a system you already built for us?
Yes. EPM Mobile and Employee Self-Services are both companion apps to web platforms we built, sharing the same data and accounts as the web system rather than a separate copy of it.
What happens after the app is published?
We monitor crash reports and store reviews, ship updates for new OS versions, and add features as your organization’s needs change — the same Operate phase we use for every project.
Ready to talk about mobile applications?
Tell us where you are today. We will tell you honestly what it takes to get where you want to be.
